We manufacture gabion boxes and chain-link fencing at our factory in Ratnanagar, Chitwan. Geotextile fabric is supplied by us, not made by us, and we aim to give the best possible rate on it.
A wire-mesh box that is filled with stone on site and stacked to form a wall. Water drains through it and it can move with the ground without cracking. It is used for river banks, retaining walls, slopes, road embankments and similar works. Many people in Nepal call it gyabin jali.
A diamond-pattern woven wire mesh used for boundaries and enclosures, often called compound jali or fencing jali.
It is a non-woven fabric placed behind or under gabions. It lets water pass but holds back fine soil, so soil does not wash out through the stone. 100 GSM is the most common, and we can supply 100 to 200 GSM on request. Rolls are 2 m or 3 m wide.
Our gabion boxes are made to Nepal Standard NS 163 and 169-2045. We supply contractors and project owners across Nepal. Our customers include hydropower projects, user committees (upabhokta samiti), Infrastructure Development Offices (IDOs) and contractors on Department of Roads (DoR) and Department of Water Resources and Irrigation (DWRI) projects. The wire quality of our chain-link is also as per Nepal Standard (NS).
Our regular sizes (length x breadth x height, in metres) are 1.5x1x1, 2x1x1, 2.5x1x1, 3x1x1, 3x1x0.3, 3x1x0.5, 2x1x0.3, 2x1x0.5, 3x1.5x0.3, 3x1.5x0.5 and 3x1.5x1. We can also make custom sizes to your drawing.
Heavy zinc coated hexagonal mesh, 10x12 (100 mm x 120 mm opening). Mesh wire is 3.0 mm, selvedge (edge) wire is 3.9 mm and binding wire is 2.4 mm.
Mesh openings of 1.5, 2 and 3 inch, heavy zinc coated. We use 3.0 mm or 3.25 mm (10 SWG) wire, as your requirement needs. Rolls are cut to the length you need.
Yes. The regular sizes are the ones we make most often, but we can manufacture custom sizes. Send us the dimensions and quantity.
Use the Estimate & Quote page. Choose what you need (gabion, chain link, geotextile, or any mix), enter the sizes and your business details, and confirm the link we email you. We then check your details, confirm today's rates, and email you a PDF quotation.
Quotations are issued only to registered business firms. We check the PAN/VAT number against the registered name at the Inland Revenue Department, so the name must match exactly. If it does not, we will tell you the name to use, or ask you to resubmit.
Wire and zinc prices change, so we confirm today's rate for each request instead of showing a number that may be out of date.
Your quotation lists each item with its quantity, rate and amount. Gabion boxes are measured in square metres of mesh, chain-link by weight, and geotextile in square metres. For chain-link, 3.25 mm wire is heavier than 3.0 mm, so it costs more for the same size. Rates are confirmed on the day and are final only when confirmed in writing.
A quotation is valid for the number of days printed on it (normally 7). It shows the subtotal, VAT and total separately. Prices and quantities are final only when confirmed in writing.
